2जी स्कैम पर फैसलाः जानिए, किसने क्या कहा

यूपीए सरकार को हिला देनेवाली 2-जी स्पेक्ट्रम केस में कोर्ट ने सभी आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया है. कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि सरकारी वकील आरोप साबित नहीं कर पाए.

फैसले पर दिल्ली से सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि टूजी एक बहुत बड़ा स्कैम था. इसने देशभर को हिलाकर रख दिया था. इसकी वजह से ही यूपीए सरकार का पतन हुआ. क्या सीबीआई ने मुकदमें में जानबूझकर घालमेल किया है?

अपने एक लाइन के फैसले में जज ओपी सैनी ने कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष ये साबित करने में नाकाम रहा है कि दो पक्षों के बीच पैसे का लेन देन हुआ है.

फैसले के बाद पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट के बाहर डीएमके समर्थकों ने जश्न मनाना शुरू कर दिया. उन्होंने ए. राजा को कंधे पर उठा लिया.

इसके बाद से ही कांग्रेस नेताओं के बयान आने शुरू हो चुके हैं. पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने कहा कि वो कोर्ट के फैसले का सम्मान करते हैं. यूपीए सरकार के खिलाफ फैलाया गया बड़ा झूठ था. कोर्ट में इस बात को साबित किया जा चुका है.

वित्त मंत्री पी चिदंबरम ने कहा कि ये एक ऐसा घोटाला था जो कभी सत्य था ही नहीं. इसमें यूपीए सरकार के समय बडे़ अधिकारियों, मंत्रियों को फंसाया गया. आज ये साबित हो चुका है.

वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि बीजेपी देश से माफी मांगे. उन्होंने कहा कि जीरो लॉस वाली मेरी बात सही साबित हुई है. ऐसे में मुझ पर आरोप लगाने वाले माफी मांगे. अगर स्कैम है तो झूठ का स्कैम है. विपक्ष के और विनोद राय के झूठ का स्कैम. उनको देश के सामने माफी मांगनी चाहिए.

कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि अब इस मामले पर पीएम मोदी को सदन आकर जवाब देना चाहिए. ये बस एक प्रचारित किया गया झूठा स्कैम था.

कोर्ट परिसर के बाहर राज्यसभा सदस्य कनिमोड़ी ने कहा कि मेरे ऊपर विश्वास करनेवाले सभी लोगों का शुक्रिया. ये डीएमके परिवार के लिए बड़ी राहत की बात है. ये सभी आरोपों का जवाब है. उन सबका जवाब है जो हमने इतने सालों में झेला है.

वहीं वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने कहा कि जांच एजेंसी भी पूरे मामले को देख रही होगी. वो भी फैसले को पढ़ेगी. इसके बाद तय करेगी कि उसे करना क्या है.

उन्होंने कहा कि मनमाने ओर अनुचित तरीके से किए गए स्पेक्ट्रम डील को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पहली ही रद्द कर दिया गया है. इस डील से भारत सरकार को नुकसान पहुंचा था.

यही नहीं कोर्ट ने नए सिरे से नीति बाने का निर्देश भी दिया था. कोर्ट साल 2012 में ही इस नीति को भ्रष्ट बता चुका है.

डीएमके के कार्यवाहक अध्यक्ष एमके स्टालिन ने कहा कि विशेष अदालत ने सभी अभियुक्तों को बरी किया. हमें खुशी मिली है. फैसले से साबित होता है कि कोई गलत कार्य नहीं किया गया था.
